  1. AI-Based Forecasts for Energy Consumption and CO₂ Emissions

    The ETA+ platform now includes AI-driven forecasts for energy consumption and resulting CO₂ emissions. Based on aggregated energy data and secondary information, this feature enables precise quarterly and annual predictions, supported by historical data and weather insights. This allows you to plan energy needs more effectively and take targeted actions to reduce CO₂ emissions across your properties.


  2. Real-Time Energy Reports

    Energy reports are now calculated in real-time, providing instant access to updated analyses and offering improved support for property certifications. Additional refinements to reporting details are planned for future updates.


  3. Enhanced Sankey Diagrams for Visualizing Energy Losses

    Improved automated Sankey diagrams visualize energy losses in properties, helping to clarify energy flows more effectively.


  4. Extended Excel Data Integration

    Enhanced data import and export based on Microsoft Excel enable precise management of building structures and units, significantly streamlining data exchange.


  5. Replacement Value Calculation Based on BDEW Standards

    New functions for replacement value calculation following BDEW standards improve data consistency and interpolation for consumption measurements, increasing the reliability of your data.


  6. Integration with Building Management Systems via Partners

    Partner integrations streamline the incorporation of BMS, providing expanded insights and control functions for optimized energy management.


  7. Legally Compliant Tenant Power Metering

    A legally sound solution for tenant power metering in commercial properties enables cost-effective tenant power meter integration and compliance with legal requirements.


  8. Improved Localization and Detailed Weather Data

    New data sources provide more detailed weather data, while enhanced property localization supports more accurate analyses.


  9. New Functions for Units

    Expanded unit management offers enhanced organization and precision for complex buildings and properties.


  10. Migration to the Latest Angular Version

    Upgrading to the latest Angular version boosts platform performance, security, and long-term stability.


  11. Bug Fixes

    A total of 20 minor bugs have been resolved to further improve platform reliability and user experience.


Outlook for 2024


  • Integration of Heat Generator Controls

    The team is working on the integration of heat generator controls, which will enable more precise heating system management, improve energy efficiency, and maximize CO₂ savings.


  • Enhanced Notification System for Consumption Deviations

    An upgraded notification function is also underway. This feature aims to proactively alert users to deviations and potential inefficiencies in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, allowing for timely optimization measures.


  • Prototypes for Waste Optimization with New Sensor Technology

    For the first time, we’re tackling waste management, developing prototypes to boost efficiency and resourcefulness in waste disposal through new sensor technology.


  • Enhanced Role and Permissions System

    We are fine-tuning the role and permissions system for optimal property management.
